What we build against
Volume is not the answer
A thousand weak connections produce nothing. Most members do everything that matters here through fewer than ten relationships, so the whole product optimises for those rather than for a bigger number.
A match should be honest about being weak
Every other network flatters you into spending time. Our scoring is deliberately strict, and a shared industry counts for very little, because the same industry is as often a competitor as a collaborator.
Nothing should arrive uninvited
Nobody can message you until you have both said yes. It is the reason members reply here and ignore the identical message elsewhere.
Reach should not depend on an audience
There is no follower graph. An event is found by its subject, a question by its industry, a person by what they offer. A member who joined yesterday can fill an event.
No AI, on purpose
There are no AI features in GrowthSync, and there is nothing generating messages, profiles or advice on your behalf. What is here is rules applied to what real members have told us about their businesses.
Who it is for
Entrepreneurs, founders and business owners.
Not a general professional network, and not a place to look for a job. Everyone here runs something, or is building something they intend to run, which is what makes the conversations worth having.
Where this came from
Built by people who needed it first.
GrowthSync is made by Ownly Digital, a software company that builds and runs products for business owners. The problem was ours before it was a product.
