Questions people ask
Do I need a paid plan to host?
No. Every signed in member can host one event a month, free or ticketed. Premium hosts two a month and Elite has no limit.
How do I get paid for tickets?
You connect a Stripe account and the money goes to you directly. Stripe has to approve the account before a paid event can publish. GrowthSync keeps 10 percent of a paid ticket.
Does it cost anything to attend?
Browsing, booking and attending events is free on every plan, including free. Some events are ticketed by the host, and that price is set by them.
How do people find my event if I have no following?
Events are listed by category, by city with a distance radius and by industry keyword. People searching for the subject find it. There is no follower graph, so reach does not depend on audience size.
