How to get help
We handle support inside the GrowthSync app so our team can see your account and reply in one place.
In-app Support Chat (fastest)
- Open GrowthSync and sign in.
- Go to Billing & plan.
- Tap Support Chat.
The chat answers most questions straight away from our help guide. If it cannot, choose Create a support ticket in the same chat and someone on our team will reply.
Email (if you can't open the app)
If you're unable to sign in or open the app at all, email us at contact@growth-sync.com. We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days.
